I almost didn't meet my son at the three-point line. During an emergency C-section, I faced life-threatening complications that no one saw coming—or more accurately, that no one believed were coming, despite the signs I'd been reporting for weeks. When I survived, I was left with a haunting question: How many women don't make it home because their symptoms were dismissed as "normal pregnancy discomfort"?
That's when I realized the system doesn't just fail women by accident—it's designed to dismiss us. The medical research excludes us, the algorithms are trained on male bodies, and women—especially Black and brown women—are left fighting for basic belief in our own bodies.
So I asked myself: What if we gave women evidence so undeniable that dismissal became impossible?
That's how Womb WatchAI® was born. But here's what makes this different: we need data—real data about women's unique biology that male-based research has never captured. Every insight Womb WatchAI® generates answers a question about how women's bodies actually work, questions that decades of male-centric research couldn't answer because they never bothered to ask.

Womb WatchAI® is a women's health AI company building the AI Operating System for Women's Health, the intelligence infrastructure that ends the fragmentation defining care for half the world's population. Our term for what we do is Health Mapping™: the continuous, patient-owned map of a body over time, built to understand where disease originates and how it progresses.
Today, the patient is the integration layer. She holds the pieces her OB/GYN, endocrinologist, cardiologist, and primary care doctor never share with each other, and between visits, where disease actually develops, her record is blank. Every system in healthcare records the visit. We built the technology that maps the body between them.

Our work runs on the Bio-Intent Orchestration System™, the operating infrastructure for decisions on health data. Healthcare's problem was never a shortage of data; it was that the data sat in systems that could not be made to decide anything. The Bio-Intent Orchestration System™ links fragmented records into one coherent picture of a patient, a cohort, or a population, and puts Health Mapping™, complex link analysis, decision support, and data analytics on top of it. It powers everything we build, and we offer it to payers, providers, and pharmaceutical companies as a service, deployed with their teams on their questions. We do not license the record; we originate it, from the patient, and we own the between-visit data and the intelligence above it. Two USPTO utility patents filed.
One record is useful; a linked family is a discovery engine. With consent, records join into one family history that keeps analyzing, so the next generation starts with a baseline instead of a blank chart, and because maternal gynecologic disease shares documented genetic architecture with male cancer risk, her diagnosis is his risk factor, and today nothing tells him.
